Before starting any fitness program, you should consult with your healthcare professional. By using my services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being, but you're also responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or other issues that may arise as a result of participating in my fitness programs.

3. Payment and fees

Payment methods and pricing will be clearly displayed prior to purchase any product and all sales are final, means no refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is being respected and no personal informations will be shared to a third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

Filip Kretek will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the incorect use of the programs. By agreeing to these Terms, Filip Kretek is released from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation.
